Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

Scheduling Your Appointment:

Our Front Desk staff looks forward to working with you to ensure the best appointment time for your schedule. Once you have an agreed-upon time, we will require a credit card to be placed on file to reserve this reservation with your provider.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

To respect the time of our providers and other patients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 non-refundable, non-redeemable fee.
Appointments scheduled for any treatment requiring 90 minutes or more of reserved provider time require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee if canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellation fees must be paid before scheduling future appointments.
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
Rescheduling an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fee(s).

We understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. Exceptions may be considered at management’s discretion.
